  • Strike Policy (Balloon Cleanup)

    Strike Fee of $50.00 before 8:00pm & $100.00 after 8:00pm. If the venue or event space allows us to pick up the following day we the fee will not apply.

  • No Guarantee

    Air filled balloon designs can last up to a week or longer depending on the environment.On the other hand outdoor balloon designs we don’t quote specific life spans due to the outdoor conditions and variables that may affect your decor. (i.e. rain,sunlight,wind,ect.).Balloonafied will confirm customer satisfaction. When Balloonafied leaves the premises we are not responsible for any damages or popped or deflated balloons.

  • Limitation of Liability

    All Clients acknowledges and agrees that Balloonafied llc. will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. Also please be aware of any guess with latex allergies, Balloonafied LLC. will not take liability in any case of an allergic reaction.

  • How do I get a quote?

    Please click the “request a quote” option and submit the quote form.

  • How do I pay?

    We will email your invoice through our secured credit card payment system in which you can pay by card. You also have the option to pay cash or check (business only).

  • Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy

    In the event of a cancellation all deposits are non-refundable any amount beyond the deposit which is 50% of the total balance will be returned to the customer.

  • What areas do we deliver to?

    We serve the Greater Grand Rapids area. Up to 20 miles out. All orders outside of our mile radius has a $500 minimum. 

  • How long do balloons last?
